§ 01 — LEDE
PUNE — 23 MAY 2026.
Building things
that feel inevitable.
The work is mysterious and important. I build systems that hold — backends in Go and Python, interfaces that quietly do their job, AI plumbing that does not need to be explained twice. Five projects, three recoverable. Currently filing from welabs.in.
This publication is irregular and personal. Most issues are short. Some are essays, some are notes from the field, some are corrections to earlier issues. It runs on Sundays when it runs at all. There is no schedule, only a posture.
“Print as if it has to last the week.”
The paper assumes you can read. It does not perform. It signs its byline and goes back to work. If something here is useful to you, take it; if not, the next issue will be along on Sunday, or perhaps the Sunday after that.
