Body — 18 px in the face
A faithful Garamond, drawn from Egenolff-Berner specimens of 1592. Calmer than Cormorant — the proportions are sturdier and the contrast is lower, which makes it set comfortably as body text where Cormorant Garamond starts to disappear. The lab uses it on the archive design's accession cards and custodian's notes.
